Welcome to Be-In Touch!

Be-In Touch is about being connected. Connected with yourself, your own nature,  with your environment and the nature around you. In life, everything is always changing and in movement. Developments, innovations and changes are of all times. The art is to stay in the midst of this all in touch with ourselves and the changing situations and dynamics around us. This skill seems increasingly important in an innovative world that is becoming increasingly digital and technical.  The art of embodiment is a useful skill to keep in touch with yourself, a personal quality that contributes to increasing competency of personal leadership.

 

At Be-In Touch I therefore not only focus on the mind, our thinking, but also on the knowledge from our senses, our body. A personal learning question or issue can be tackled not only cognitively, but also physically and experientially. From the believe that the connection with your own nature as a source leads to more balance and well-being. A Customized approach is required to the principle that fits every individual, with the knowledge that every person is unique.

 

I believe in living and working from heart and soul; from body and mind; with your own strength. And I believe in the learning capacity and the enormous developmental power of every human being.  The space and resilience the movement and dance can give you gives the feeling of freedom, which inspires me greatly. Our body is wise and knows what it is doing and enhances breath and life strength.

In current life one does not always know and understand this life strength anymore, or does not pay enough attention to it.

 

Do you ever wonder if you're doing the right things? Do you know who you want to be or can be in the midst of all the dynamics? Are you sufficiently firm in your shoes, embodied and authentic. Or do you sometimes feel overwhelmed or overloaded?

I would like to help you within Be-In-Touch’s concept to (re)find your own balance and to look for your own resilience. “Listening” to your body. (Learning) “Feel” what is good for you, where your limits are and where there is room for change. Knowing what relaxes you and what you enjoy. It starts with accepting what this is, and then moving on. I believe if if there is a will there is a way. You can explore this  in depth at Be-In Touch. I'd love to assist you in exploring this path with you.

No personal learning question but want to move? This can be done through regular open floor dance lessons or conscious movement lessons. A form of increasing consciousness and meditative movement and dancing. With no specific choreography on my part. I guide you to your own movement from within. Relaxing, refreshing, out of your mind and into your body.

 

In my company I use my years of knowledge and experience as a coach, trainer, project leader, policy officer and lawyer in higher education, and as well my knowledge and experience about body and experiential learning from the conscious movement,  dance, and horse coaching. I'd love to help you in your search for in depth inner and real connection. Realizing to create perspective from your own strength. Or to a path with more meaning and inspiration for you. This can be in different forms. In an exploratory meeting, we take stock together and see what suits you best. A good conversation, a coaching trajectory, or getting started in a more creative way.
